General Thomas would be thrilled with the appearance of his portrait on this note over 100 years after its issue. These are truly rare with the large brown seal and a grade of Gem New 65. Few collectors will ever have an opportunity to own such a lovely example. The ink and colors are bold and the centering is outstanding, but it does not have a PPQ rating. It's a wonderful note.
