This has to be among the finest and rarest of all Maine notes as there are now only three notes known on the town, located in Somerset County, that have been offered since 2000. This note has the top selvage and was signed November 5, 1907. It's clear that this note was at one time affixed to a backing that has left residue. Today this is clearly a rarity for a bank that printed just 2,097 sheets. Truly a rarity.
