I'm a little surprised that they didn't have to use a smaller font to fit this second title on the small size notes. There are plenty of small notes reported, but only ten Type 2 $5s, and this one makes eleven. The bank only issued $5s in small size. There is a miniscule corner tip fold at the top left.
