US Gas Coupon Sheet

An eight piece specimen gas coupon sheet with writing on right stating, '75 OFF RED, 368 PMS' and on the bottom 'Hand Proof 7/9/79'. These were printed for the gas crisis in 1979 but were never issued. We have seen these in various colors.
