The Indian Chief with the inverted face is a popular and scarce error, especially in the higher grades. There are no obvious folds in this example, but the paper is flat and there is a light stain in the portrait area. Most offerings of this error are no better than VF, and according to the Sullivan census, this note is the best known. Worth whatever it takes to bring it home.
