This is the last Friedberg number issued for the Chief notes and this specimen is a charming example for the type. It has even margins, terrific centering and fantastic colors. There is a small margin tear about 1" from the top down on the left margin, hardly noticeable with the naked eye. The tear does not affect the eye appeal nor is it a distraction. This Chief will make its new owner more than happy by adding to his or her collection.
