A great rarity from the state capital. This is one of only two notes known from this early statehood bank. I know of no other $20 First Charter state notes from this state, but there are other First Charter state issues. There were five banks in the state to issue First Charter $10s and $20s, and one bank also issued $5s. The seal has good color and the signatures are clear.
