Grade: PCGS Gem New 66 PPQ
This is the first signature combination of the $2 1899 Silver Certificates and I have always thought they were just a little prettier than the others. The royal blue overprint contrasted against the snow white paper is really eye catching. Even the lack of a leading letter on the serial number gives the note an extra special look. Close inspection reveals no flaws that would cause me to disagree with the PCGS grade of Gem New 66 PPQ.
