Grade: PCGS Gem New 65 PPQ
Prior to encapsulation this note was described as Superb Gem more than a couple of times and no one disagreed. The margins are monstrous, the inks sharp, and the overall impression breath-taking. If this was a coin, it would be cracked out and resubmitted to the same (or another) service for an upgrade, but serial numbers make that harder. Graded Gem New 65 PPQ by PCGS.
