This is one of the rarest of all FRBNs and it's totally new to the census. The top is a bit tight but it's unmolested. I would call it VF 20 and I think either service would as well. There were only five serial numbers reported until now. Last year there were two different PMG VF 25s that realized over $7,000 each. This piece could easily reach the same levels but our estimate will be less. A great new discovery from the Series of 1915.
