$10 1928-C E Richmond
Grade:
Fine
Ultra-rare does not begin to describe this piece. Even the most liberal census lists only nine examples placing it on par with the $1 1928-E silver star and multiple times rarer than the $10 1934 North Africa or $10 1933 silver certificate. The Oakes-Schwartz value of $2,500 seems ridiculously low for a note which we can find no public offerings of during the past decade.
