This note looks like it was quarter-folded and put away. Thus, the folds are a tad heavy and there is some light staining. Nothing serious, but enough to cost the note an "EPQ' designation. Nevertheless, this note is pretty nice for the assigned grade. Ex: Paul A. Klinkert Collection.
