Deep blue serial numbers and a reflective yellow seal adorn this spectacular Ace. Out of the hundreds of North Africa notes graded uncirculated by PMG and PCGS, only five are better. Great care must have been used to preserve this example since its issue. Ex: Paul A. Klinkert Collection.
