This is a great find that was previously unknown to the record keepers. A gorgeous #1 Red Seal that has light handling or wrinkles but it's beautiful in every way. This bank was chartered in 1907 with 625 sheets of $5 Red Seals and 500 sheets of $10-10-10-20s printed. Still a tough Lackawanna County location. Pen signed by Edward S. Jones, President and E.N.
