A census totaling just 24 pieces makes this open-back one of the rarest of all Treasury Notes. Out of those, only four other pieces have a chance of being this notes equal, but without a side by side comparison it would be hard to say which was best. What I can say for sure, is that this example is totally free of any surface dirt or finger print smudges, has no handling evident at all and it retains its full, original margins. Graded Ch. Abt. New 58 by PCGS.
