A rare opportunity to acquire a lovely and important $2 Educational that has been graded Gem UNC 65 EPQ by PMG. This note also has the very low serial #108. Just to top it off, this note has been autographed by "D.N. Morgan, Treasurer of the U.S. 1896" across the face, but not so boldly as to distract. The $2 Educationals have been more elusive than either the $1 or $5 during recent times. This note will highlight most collections.
