Dallas is a scarce district for $10 Red Seals and this is the rare type 'b'. Only 10 pieces have ever been seen by Track & Price with this note shown as AU when it was last sold in 2003. While PMG doesn't agree with that assessment, it is my opinion that you will never find a prettier note in a VF 35 holder. We sold a VF 30 EPQ last June for over $3,900 and this nicer note should do about the same.
