This plate position 'A' has an extra wide top margin, which is a good thing. It is rare for a note like this to keep its full original margins, since the urge to trim the top is just too great for many to resist. PMG has not downgraded the note for the large shift, and rightly so. I think the note is worth more having been left original. Ex: Paul A. Klinkert Collection.
