This town seldom shows up as singles so the chance to acquire a partial sheet of four notes should excite collectors. The tear mentioned by PMG, who graded this item XF 40, is really very short and nearly confined to the upper right margin; we had to look very closely to locate it in the holder. Should be a good value.
