There are only three notes reported on this Grand Rapids bank and we sold an UNC $5 Brownback for $9,200 in the DeGood Collection. This note is serial #1 and is signed by Wm. Dunham and W.H. Fowler. The paper is slightly toned and three margins are close, but it's a rarity that is pedigreed back to a New Netherland sale in April 1956, Lot 298. A real rarity that's for sure!
