When I first saw a note from here I was shocked as I was unaware there was such a location and that jewel was a #1 note that brought $39,100. Of course, it was a very lovely #1 note. This rarity appeared just a year later. The note is well worn but has excellent pen signatures and decent color. This note sold for approaching $25,000 when it sold privately.
