Never before has a note from this community, in Shiawassee County, ever been offered for sale and there are only two notes reported. This bank was chartered in 1865 and closed in 1905. They issued First Charters and Brownbacks, with just one of each type known. This note is evenly circulated with excellent signatures but no better than a Fine 12, even though listed as VF in the census.
