The tissue-like paper these notes were printed on did not hold up well, so large tears or missing pieces are a common fault of this issue. Luckily, this example was saved from the worst scenario, exhibiting cracks around the edges. The margins are good and the circulation dirt is evenly dispersed. A scarce note with only 30 pieces in the census prior to this appearance. Perhaps only a dozen are in better shape.
