The last bank chartered in Ionia was near the end of the National Bank era, in June 1934, and all they issued were 5,130 $10 Type 2 notes. There are just seven listed in the census. The note from the DeGood Collection brought $3,220 in a heated battle. This example is still quite nice and should generate plenty of interest. From the Louis Van Belkum Collection.
