Affordable elegance best summarizes this specimen, which will prove to be an excellent value in the current market. The gold underprint and red Treasury seal remain radiant, but the back is significantly muted. The upper margin is trimmed rather tight resulting in a net grade. Scattered pinholes and a 2.5 mm split are so insignificant that the graders didn t find them worthy of mention. The back is not especially attractive, but the front fully appears a couple grades higher and would display beautifully. Only 20 pieces are available to collectors.
