This was a large-only bank and a very prolific issuer, with well over 70 notes in the census. However, very few of these are Brownbacks, with this example just the third $5 example to be discovered. It has seen some heavy circulation and is a bit rough, but it is intact and with legible signatures. A very tough type from this bank and state. There are some minor margin splits along the folds.
