The black overprint is extremely faint on this completely original FRBN still with a hint of embossing. Nonetheless, PCGS didn t have enough confidence to slab it. Fred Bart reports another note from the same sheet which provides circumstantial proof of authenticity. Sold as is. Three short, closed splits.
