This popular type is in extreme demand, but unfortunately this particular specimen was probably exposed to sunlight, which lightened the seal and serial numbers and slightly muted the gold color on the back. Even with that, the back is far superior to the heavily oxidized backs that are so common to the lower grade specimens of this type. Also, although it won't be immediately noticed, a small hole in the center has been repaired. Graded Fine 15 by CGA.
