This is an extremely scarce type of Original Series First Charter with the blue Treasury number and red back number. I haven't been able to figure out how many exist, but I know that it is a small fraction of the 892 notes listed in the census for the type, and that includes those with charter number overprints. This was printed by the Continental Bank Note Company of New York.
