The minor rust spots across the bottom margin are hardly enough to draw your eye, let alone ring the alarm bells that the Apparent grade sets off. But they are there and the price will be affected a little. Otherwise, this star is quite clean and the colors vivid. Fold wise the grade is right on the mark. A few insignificant pin holes are noted. Graded Apparent VF 20, minor rust stains, by PCGS.
