Absolutely exotic error with an R-9 rating in the Bart reference. A nearly identical example is illustrated in the five year old book at $5,000. With the new edition coming out in the next month or two, expect prices to be considerably higher. The chances of recovering the obstructing fragment, in this case it is wiper paper, not even currency stock, with the primary note is like winning the paper money lottery. Okay, there are a lot of cool errors out there and we continue to sell our share of them, but this one is special. We've only had one similar piece and that was nearly five years ago. This is a two-piece mistake with a large rectangle of thick white wiper paper that caught part of the back printing and was recovered with the primary note.
