This Red Seal carries a clean history and appears as a CU in every census we could locate. Atlanta is extremely tough, especially in legitimate UNC examples. The overprint is bright and the centering is right on. If you re lucky enough to study this piece in person, you ll likely arrive at the same conclusion as the service. Graded Ch CU 63 by CGA.
