This is not an example of a sheet that was miscut at the bank; there are plenty of those around and whether they qualify for actual errors is subject to debate. This note has a perfectly aligned front with the back shifted down so much that part of the next note shows at the top. This has seen plenty of circulation and PCGS comments edge damage which is the roughness.
