One of a literal handful of mistakes on any North Africa issue and the only error known on the late finished face plate #86. A nice butterfly corner fold. While this would hardly be exciting on a modern FRN, the fact that it is on a yellow seal North Africa makes this thrilling. Let it light up your collection.
