The one-year Porthole type has been under collector demand for as long as I can remember. Although there are some collectors who avoid certain third-party grading services, this seems to be the real deal, as viewed through the holder. Embossing is plainly evident and the note appears to be completely original with just a touch of teller handling to confirm this. With Gems well into five-figures, this premium Choice CU example should offer an excellent compromise. Graded Choice UNC 63 by CGA.
