The "Series A 1875" overprint at the bottom is lightly inked and incomplete, but the serial number confirms that this is indeed a Fr. 66. The note grades a solid VF, but the ornate embellishments and seal are blurry. This is an extremely rare variety which has only 23 examples recorded before this piece surfaced. We have not offered a mid-grade example like this in an eon.
