The entire population of large size Deming notes on this bank is two Territorials and three Blue Seals and I believe this is the best of those. This note carries excellent pen signatures of both officers and is the only non-Territorial example known with this title. The two Plain Backs have the second title. In 2009 a comparable note with the second title realized $20,700. A reasonable goal for such a western rarity.
