It has been more than a decade since a Blue Seal was offered on this bank and since then only a Fine $10 Brownback has appeared in a 2004 sale where it realized $6,000-plus. This note is new to the census and consecutive to a run of four notes, two of which are supposed to be UNC. This note is lovely and fresh with well stamped signatures.
