Grade: PCGS Apparent VF 35
I think PCGS said it best, "printed tear with multiple serial numbers" and that helps explain why one serial number is #G27605422D and the other is #G27625422D on a scarce 1950-E. We are 100% certain that the tear occurred in the press, but the tape repairing the tear occurred sometime later, hence the apparent grade. Printed tears are at least 10 times rarer than printed folds. Here is a great one.
