Grade: PCGS Very Ch. New 64 PPQ

This was a most incredible find when it walked into my office as part of an old-time Baltimore collection that was put away in the 1950s and 1960s in a haberdashery in downtown Baltimore. They say Baltimore was quite a spot in those days, but little did the businessman know about this early $10 and its rarity. While we assume other top-grade examples exist we can't find any specific examples to confirm these thoughts. Graded Very Ch. New 64 PPQ by PCGS.
