This is a wonderful specimen from this bank in Casper, the seat of Natrona County. Only one large size note is shown to be markedly better. I can find no fault with the note. Other than a VF Red Seal that brought $33,000 + in 2006, only low grade Blue Seals have been available from here in the last 10 years.
