Here is a wonderful new addition for what was a previously unknown large size charter. This is a pleasing, evenly circulated note that has good color, albeit a bit toned and somewhat uneven. The clear pen signatures enhance this piece. There has been a professional restoration on a corner but it's so good I don't remember which one. An earlier edition of Kelly indicated two large notes reported but probably with unverified serial numbers. Now I believe that may be more accurate.
