This large size #1 is the first note of a wonderful pair of Allentown notes. Previously unreported it represents the first and only serial #1 large size on the charter. It also happens to be on the rare second title, for which only two other large notes exist. The note displays fabulous pen signatures of F.O. Ritter, President and H.B. Wagner, Cashier. Well preserved, having just three vertical creases and a corner fold. It is even a scarce double #1. An amazing National with everything going for it.
