Low serial numbers on the Red Seals are precious and usually tightly held. They are seldom available except when major collections are sold. This #F37A is pretty good, but #F837A would have been the tops! The PMG holder mentions a top margin repair, but it was so well done it is nearly invisible. Very scarce with 25 reported.
