Grade: PCGS Superb Gem New 67 PPQ
It is usually the more recent notes that are seen with this degree of perfection, and not this characteristically poorly centered series. This is the only 67 PPQ Chicago note from this series graded by PCGS, and they have seen just one better. PMG has seen nothing above a 65. An incredible piece of paper.
