Grade: PMG Ch. UNC 64 EPQ
A small group of these yellow-green stars were offered on a fixed price list back in the 1980s. I have not heard of any groups since then. It must be rare. PMG has only graded six CUs and PCGS hasn't seen any. This district carries a value of $1,800 in the small size reference, the highest of any $20 light green seal star.
