The 1934-C is by far the most available series in the 1934/1934-D group with over 300 examples graded uncirculated by PMG and PCGS. Yet PMG has graded fewer than 20 stars in all CU grades. It wouldn't take a lot of money for someone to corner the market on this star issue.
