Grade: PMG Gem UNC 65
One of the finest notes printed of the Napier signature. This was a great step toward equality with a black man in the Treasury. Some lower numbers are listed but there is confusion between Fr. 229 and Fr. 229a and Fr. 230. While Napier did not hand sign this note, Ellis Roberts did. Lots to like here. Graded conservatively in an early PMG holder.
