Richmond Virginia Treasury Note $50

This is the very rare 1861 Cr. 2 $50. There were only 12,300 notes issued and only 268 outstanding in late 1863. This note was presented by F. Broughton Hamilton, Ontario, Canada on February 2, 1882, so we know there are not many outstanding. There appears to be an inventory #N3080 on the back right. A tiny split on the bottom has been expertly restored.
