This was one of my favorite notes from the W. Horton, Jr. Collection. It's the second finest graded of the eight notes reported. There are two VF notes recorded, this one and a PMG VF 20. The overall color and body are excellent and the minor edge restoration is a perfectly restored split. We sold the XF 45 in 2007 at $35,650. A great looking Atlanta $1,000.
